- Important Notes: Sugar content below 6% or alcohol exceeding 16% may compromise freezing performance. Maintain ingredient ratios within 2.8%-16% alcohol or ≥6% sugar for optimal texture. Always strain and thoroughly mix liquids before pouring into the machine to eliminate undissolved solids that could obstruct the system.
